What the beads, charms and locks’ inner hole size?
Our products fit Soufeel, Pandora, Chamilia, Trollbeads and Petite Lovelinks bracelets. Murano glass beads are with inner hole from 3-3.5 mm in diameter, with screw mechanism. Charms are with inner hole from 4.5-5mm in diameter. Locks, with inner hole from 4-4.5mm in diameter, can stop charms from sliding around, fit Soufeel and Pandora silver bracelets. Locks with SKU KT034, KT037 and KT038 also fit those bracelets without lock fixed nodes, such as Chamilia bracelets.
How to select my bracelet size?
Wrap a measuring tape or piece of string loosely around the wrist at the wrist bone, mark the spot where the ends meet. The reading on the tape or on yardstick or ruler with laying the string against will indicate your wrist size.
After obtaining a measurement of the basic wrist circumference, add 1/2" to 1 1/4"(or 1 cm to 2 cm) to that measurement to allow for movement and flexibility.( Note: adding size depending on the size and number of decorative charms/beads, as they may reduce the room for your wrist.)

How long will I have to wait for a refund?

How to maintain my jewellery?
Polish your silver jewellery regularly using non-abrasive soft cleaning cloth, or with lukewarm soapy water, gently brush it clean and then rinse it in clean water, will also help keep your silver looking good to maintain the original condition of silver jewellery.
When not using your jewellery, avoid exposing them to direct sunlight as well as harsh substances like chlorine, store them in a dry and cool place, zip-lock bags or the individual cloth pouches and will help prevent both tarnishing or scratching.
Notes: DO NOT EXPOSE JEWELLERY TO CHEMICALS! Exposure to harsh chemicals such as makeup, perspiration, cologne, and hair sprays can alter the appearance of your silver product, and take color off your silver jewellery.
